We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App. The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the App, the choices you make, and the products and features you use.

• Google Account Information: When you sign in using Google, we receive your Google account name, email address, and a unique user ID provided by Google.
• App Usage Data (UsageStats): To provide the core functionality of tracking your screen time and "brainrot" apps, our App requests the PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS Android permission. We collect statistical data about how long specific target apps (like Instagram, TikTok, etc.) are open on your device.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use personal information collected via our App for a variety of business purposes described below:

• To facilitate account creation and logon process: We use the information you allowed us to collect from your Google account to facilitate account creation and logon process.
• To populate the Global and Friends Leaderboards: Your app usage statistics (time spent in tracked apps) and your display name are synced to our servers so you can compare your screen time with your friends and the global community.
• To enable user-to-user interactions: We use your information to allow you to add friends via a unique "Friend Code" and share your statistics.

3. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with the following third parties to perform services on our behalf:

• Google Play Services: For authentication and secure sign-in.
• Cloud Hosting Providers: Our backend infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers (e.g., Render, MongoDB Atlas) which strictly act as data processors.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information.

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated app usage statistics from our servers, you may request account deletion within the App (if available) or contact the developer directly. Upon request, all personal data will be permanently erased from our database.
